Open plan, spacious, bright! Modern furnishings, oomfortable seating in the living and dining areas. Designer kitchen opens to covered deck, perfect for dining - rain or shine, night and day! Jetmaster gas fireplace for cozy evenings, and LPG gas barbecue. Absolutely everything you need, including a complimentary bottle of wine.
Groceries can be ordered and delivered by the IGA, Callala Bay.

Bedrooms:

Three large bedrooms with ensuites each offer a special feature. The main floor bedroom with queen bed has sliding doors to the deck. The master bedroom with queen bed has a balcony facing the reserve and beach. Fall asleep to the sounds of the sea. The third bedroom has 2 single beds that convert to a king, a bath in the ensuite, and a sofa bed. This very spacious room accommodates 2 adults or 3- 4 children. All bedrooms have built-ins. Fine bedding and towels provided.

The Client

Enjoy cocktails on the beach at sunset, swimming, fishing, peace and quiet, leisurely walks on the beach, cycling, or just relaxing in the best of environments. "Petes Beachwalk" is a one minute stroll to the surf and sand of Callala Beach. A very safe environment for children. Local seafood readily available, a great butcher shop newly opened, a terrific pizza shop just down the road!

TEN THOUSAND TASTEBUDS has a freezer full of delicious take home meals. Call Britta , Culburra Beach. You will have a great holiday in this Callala Beach area!

    A beautiful big house to fit 3 generations and a have a 60th B'day. The BBQ came in very handy , the outdoor shower essential. No fish were caught...but we could see them. What a life , if only it were like this every weekend.

    What a beautiful house! Everything we could possibly need was provided, making us feel immediately at home. A lovely bushland location right next to the beach gave us many opportunities for long walks. So relaxing! We're coming back as soon as we can !

    Hi my name is Nicholas and I am 10 years old, I have two sisters and a dog, my mun and Dad drove all day from Melbourne to holiday here with us and it was the best holiday we have had. The beach is the best you can find the most amazing shells and I even found a fosil. When we come again next year I will be the first to pack my bag and get in the car along with my sisters and Minko our pug! Mum wont have to ask twise!

    We had a fantastic time over Xmas at Baywinds. It's a BEAUTIFUL property with great furnishing and fittings. It's very close to the beach (2min walk through nature reserve) and has everything you could possibly need. Highly recommended.
