Imagine yourself just a few short steps from breathtaking Culburra Beach. This huge 2 storey, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom brick home with all the options can accomodate the whole tribe, or alternatively would be a perfect romantic getaway for just a few. The living rooms, kitchen and bed rooms have recently had all new furniture and equipment put in, to satisfy even the most particular of guests.

All the bedrooms are very large in size, 3 of them have amazing ocean views, and all have built ins for your holiday gear. There are two living areas on separate floors, each with their own TV and DVD players. Beachhaven will cater for any family/friends combination you require.

In the dining room, enjoy beautiful water views as you sample some of the local seafood. Entertain guests out the back in our under cover bbq area, or in the extensively landscaped gardens. The kitchen is fully equiped to satisfy even the most talented chef.

The enormous garage is perfect for storing the car and the boat and all the beach "toys" you may have on your trip. There is also a variety of surfing equipment in the garage, as well as two mountain bikes, a ping pong table and two sets of golf clubs. All of which you are welcome to use. There is also a variety of board games and books in case you get a wet day.

An easy drive of just over 2 hours down the coast from Sydney, 3 hours from Canberra and only 15 minutes from Nowra. Easy access to shops and services. Culburra Beach is renowned for its lake, beaches, swimming, fishing, surfing, kitesurfing, snorkelling, sailing, windsurfing and boating (boat ramp close to beachhouse). Culburra Beach comprises two beaches (Culburra and Warrain Beach) and is nestled close to Crookhaven River, Lake Wollumboola and Curleys Bay. Other attractions: tennis courts, Bowling Club, chinese restaurant, pizzeria, cafes, bottle shop, hairdresser, beautician, bakeries, petrol stations, Post Office, video shop, 2 supermarkets, chemist, fishing tackle & bait shop, surf shop, and access to atms.

    What a fantastic spot! The views and location to the water were as good as it gets and there was plenty of room for a dozen adults to stay in comfort. The two separate living areas worked out perfectly for our group as well allowing for romantic comedies downstairs while the football was on upstairs. The kitchen is a great size with everything you could possibly need and the three bathrooms made mornings a breeze. The garage was plenty big enough to act as an additional entertaining area if needed, and had so many extras…table tennis, tennis rackets, golf clubs, bikes…the list goes on and we will definitely be back!

    What an absolutely wonderful house. We had 7 adults and 4 children staying and there was more than enough room for everyone, the upstairs lounge room was great for the kids and the extensive bookcase for the adults. Even our puppy enjoyed her first holiday with a great backyard to run around in and the beach across the road. The kitchen was well stocked and the house had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.. but for longer next time. Thank you for our stay.

    What a great beach house! We had 6 Adults and 4 Children at the house, there were rooms and beds for all. Very comfortable and well set up! Culburra is just beautiful and it was still warm enough to go swimming (just). We had a wonderful stay.

    What a magical spot! We just had the best holiday ever. The house is really fantastic, it has everything you could possibly want. Really comfy beds, lovely linen,separate space for adults and kids. It would even be great if it rained, which in our case it did not! Thankyou and we will definitely be back, in fact we're already planning the next trip!
